Licence now in wrong themeco account

Hi guys, I was trying to buy pro licence for a client, went to the checkout page (not logged in) and bought licence.

Once payment complete I have been redirected to another clients account (the last one I logged in to) and now the pro licence is in their account. What I was expecting was to be given the option to either login, or create a new account, which I would have done for my new client!

How can I rectify this?

Please provide us with the purchase code in a secure note. Once done so we can move the purchase code to a account of your liking or free it up so you can register a new one.

Is it the X licence purchase code? Thinking about it thats the one I bought from Enavto, the correct one for this Themeco account. The Pro licence should not be. I have no idea how to find the purchase code, used to get it from envato downloads.

That’s the pro purchase code and it’s associated to the account posted above.

Yep, and it should not be. My web browser must have automaticly logged me in using the last login details (this client) during checkout. So the correct licence that is accociated to this acccount is the X licence and the Pro licence is for another client but that client does not have a themeco account yet as I was intending on setting it up after purchasing the Pro licence.
