Licence linked to a website that I shut down months ago

Please assist with removing the licence from a domain I closed months ago while testing your theme. I am now ready to use the theme and need to activate the licence on a new active domain.

Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

Please revoke the URL from your Apex License page and add a new one.
