Licence doesnt work at test server

We need to update the website for our costumer graphicart.ch. We have set up our test stage and insert it into dashboard sites.

Now we get the whole time the folling message. The Teststage URL you can find into the dashboard.

Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

Please validate the licence for us.

It might be the issue of plugin conflict, cache issue or any browser extension issue that is stopping you to validated your staging site. Our license key does support multiple domains one for the live domain and another one for the staging server.

I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

3. Version Compatibility
4. Disabling Cache
5. Child Theme

If it doesn’t work for you, please share your staging server details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
