Level 1 uber menu item doesn't move to center

Hi, I have issue with level 1 uber menu item. I tried loads but cant make them move into middle. At this moment they are on left when you hover but I would like have the level 1 bar under main bar in middle css does not seem react for some reason. So no clue where is the bug, also how can I add search bar back in menu, I disabled the the x-menu, and now it seems the search bar is gone with it aswell and search bar on off button is not responding.
