Left Header under Top Head

How can I place the Left header so it starts below the Top header? This post was closed but it looks like it was achieved in Pro, but I don’t see how to do it.

Header left bar position

I’m trying to reproduce as best as I can this sample that I found at HubSpot. The left static nav is below the primary top nav.

The most close setup to the page you referred to is to create 2 bars using Header Builder in Pro, one on the top and the other one to the left of the page as in this video screencast:

Customizing both menus to the look the way you want will require further modification which is beyond our support scope.
