Regarding your logo please add the following CSS to Theme Options CSS
.x-navbar .x-container.width {
margin-left: 0px !important;
}
The footers you are aiming to achieve can be done with PRO, it will involve some work from your side. Not sure if you can achieve 100% the same without some custom development, as you have on the images, the first image which takes two rows while the other logos take one.
In order to the elements to stay inline like your social icons on the last pictures, your container layout has to be set to row.
If you want elements to stack on top of each other your containers have to be set to a column.
Please try creating this footer yourself and let us know if you have any specific questions during the process.
