Learndash course grid shortcode not formatting properly when in pro editor

Hi all,

we are developing a new website with Pro Theme and Learndash.

We are encountering this issue: the Learndash shortcode to display the grid of the courses works properly only with the classic wordpress editor but if we put the shortcode in a text element in the Pro editor the formatting lose the columns.

Since we would use the Pro editor and most of the pages will use also learndash shortcodes, is there a sway to fix this issue?

I’ve checked your web page and I can see both the CSS and JS files of the plugin aren’t loaded on the page created in Pro theme:
https://example.com/wp-content/plugins/learndash-course-grid/script.js?ver=4.9.6
https://example.com/wp-content/plugins/learndash-course-grid/bootstrap.min.css?ver=4.9.6

Since this is a third party plugin that we don’t officially support, you might need to reach out to the plugin author regarding this issue, perhaps he can shed some lights on this issue.
