Lazyload issue with the Grid

I am trying to use the jetpack lazyload then all the images are loaded at incorrect dimensions. i.e. they are all stretched.

By disabling the lazyload for the entire site, it seems to load correctly. I have been informed by Jetpack that i can disable lazyloading just for this page by adding the following code ‘lazyload_is_enabled’. I assume I should just change it to ‘lazyload_is_disabled’ for my portfolio page ‘https://eyetooth-art.co.uk/design-portfolio/’ but I have no idea how to go about this.

Is there anyway to do this using X/Pro when editing the page or adding it to customizer?

Thanks

Hi There,

It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer. It would be best to get some instructions from JetPack on how to disable the lazyload on some pages.

Thank you for your understanding.

I understand about not supporting third party plugins, so have contacted jetpack again to ask them to clarify how to fix the bug between the two plugins.
I have also tried another lazy load plugin which works well with the Grid, but not with native X/Pro.
Now when my blog page is initially loaded the last item loaded on the page is out of alignment. (it is dropped down much lower then necessary).
Can you recommend a lazy load / lazy image plugin that works well with Pro please?

Hi There,

Thanks for the update!

We are really sorry but now we don’t have an exact recommendation for the feature.
Please check this article, it may help you to get the issue fixed.

Thanks
