Lazy load question

if you look at this page https://thewirecutter.com/reviews/best-winter-boots-for-men-and-women/

all the images appear to lazy load. I have tried a few plugins but cannot replicate the blurred image when it starts to load. Can you suggest any plugin that will achieve the same blurred image effect, thanks.
