Hey Team

We need more customisation options for the Shop Sort element:

You can see from above only Margin is available. The default font size of Shop Sort is quite small for some reason, and would like to be able to customise font colours, shading etc etc.

Hi Sam,

What you are expecting is required customization, and which is beyond the scope of our theme support. I would suggest you hire a developer who can assist you to do the customization or you can avail of our newly launched service called One, where the customization questions are answered.

I’m raising the support ticket as a new element can hopefully have some additional customisation functions added to it. Having only Margin is not quite enough for this new ‘Shop Sort’ element, as it just defaults to the Stack font type, font size etc.

Given it’s a key element of the new Shop functionality in Pro, it would be very beneficial to be able to customise this element in more detail like most of the other new Elements.

@alexander @kyle - Can you please provide feedback to your support staff to not just default to saying its “beyond our scope” and try using One. I’ve seen this more frequently of late within Support (Beta is much better of course…)… Let me know if I should be placing these types of Tickets in Beta still.

Hey Sam,

We’re sorry for the confusion. My colleague must have understood that you’re requesting for immediate customization.

We, of course, welcome any feedback as it’s for the improvement of our products.

With that said, I’ll add this as a feature request. Since Pro 4 is already released, you can post your feedback here in the Support Forum and not the Beta Forum.

What we can’t do is provide customization. That has been and still is outside the scope of our product support.
