Layout Showing twice

Hi, not sure why this is happening, but my layout is showing twice on all the “coupon” pages.
here is an example:

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found that it shows two different posts one is the correct post and another one is the 0th post. It might be the 3rd Party plugin named Coupon Creator you are using, I would suggest you contact the plugin author on this.
