Layout Question

Still getting the hang of Cornerstone and I have a layout question. I want to have a headline and text area with an image to the right of both elements. Unfortunately, I seem to only be able to have one element side-by-side, not two as illustrated below:

Any suggestions on how I can accomplish this?

  • WordPress 4.9.4
  • X 6.0.4
  • X-Child Theme being used

Hi There,

Thanks for writing in! You can try creating a section as follows.

Then add your custom headline element and text element to the left and utilize the right side column for the image. So that it will be displayed as follows.

Had no idea you could have multiple elements in a section. Duh! Thank you.

Also when adding elements, you will see margin spacing above/below by default, for example for custom headlines.

In that case, you can follow our element spacing guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/customizations-element-spacing/211) and utilize some of our helper CSS classes to control margins.
