The three blocks are modal content areas whith images.
The correct layout is obvious, this is shown in Chrome and Edge, the Internet Explorer 11 layout is faulty.
The images have an animation which shows a second image on mouseover, this also doensn’t work in Explorer11.

Looks like it’s due to flex layout, to fix this, you’ll have to add a static height with overflow-hidden to the link where you added the flip card. Though, I like to check it first since it’s within the header builder and I’m not sure how to reproduce it on my local. Would you mind providing your login credentials in a secure note?
