Layout - image coming out from the background

It may be a very simple thing to do but I am not able to do this. Is there a way, the image coming out of the section? Like the attached image…

This can be very simply done in other themes. Following is the working URL.

Thanks for reaching out.
It can be done by setting the top margin to negative value so it comes out from its container like the reference site.
