Layout creating additional columns when it should be rows

Hi. I’m having a weird problem with my x-theme where when I try to add additional rows to a segment. Although I’m in the “row” section and the schematic shows rows (left to right), when I select the option it creates columns instead. I tried this under “columns” and “rows”, and got the same result. Please see screenshot. I think I must have toggled something somewhere? Thanks in advance for your help!

May I know which page has this issue? I checked the existing pages and new one and I’m not getting this issue. Or perhaps the columns just breaks to single column since the preview width is small?

Thanks for the response. I’ll look into the preview width (although I’m on a desktop computer, so that’s why I was confused!). I’ll write back if it’s still unresolved.
