I’ve watched all the videos about the new Layout builder - looks great. I’ve set up my new portfolio site using pages and The Grid. The Grid has slowed down the site greatly and want to now do this properly using portfolio / blog pages. The new Layout builder seems a great way to do this. I went to add a new layout the resulting layout contained the slider off my home page. If I then use a try a template layout the information contained within the content section is the remaining homepage text and imagery. I know I’m doing something wrong but can you tell me what?
Hello @alandoyle,

Hi. Thanks for coming back to me. The details are correct and do work. I think my hosting company may block access from your country. Can you tell me which country you are trying to access the site from? I can then get it white listed. (It happen before for another website).
Hey Avalancher,
Our staff worked in shifts 24/7 with locations across the globe. You may need to temporarily disable the country specific access filter so that any of our staff can log in and investigate your issue.
Thank you.
The site access should now work for you. Please check again and let me know how you get on. Thanks
Hey Avalancher,
I have logged in and inspected your layout builder. I am seeing these single layouts:
I was wondering which of the layouts is the one you have edited and have the issue. When I checked the “Portfolio AvD Layout”, it is still empty. Anyway, if you need to display the title, featured image, or content, simply find the dynamic content elements that are specific to display the port or portfolio items.
Tip: Since you are still trying to get acquainted with the layout builder, it is best that you use one of the templates and play around with it. Of course, kindly review our Looper video series to fully understand how it works and how you can create your own layout.
Best Regards.
