Layout Builder Archive Templates not loading

Hi,

Following Kory’s video on building a new archive layout. When he selects Archive and then clicks Create Layout, he is taken to a screen that offers him the option of using a template (see attached).

However, when following his steps exactly, I am not given those options. Instead, I am shown my homepage, and it doesn’t matter what I assign and/or use to preview, it never gives me the option to select a template.

How do I get the templates to show up instead of my homepage?

Hi Dave,

Thanks for reaching out.
It will be very difficult to recognize the reason behind it without investigating it through the Admin Dashboard. I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks for sharing the login details I went ahead and checked your settings. It seems that you have not set up the Bolg Post archive page. I would suggest you please go to WordPress Dashboard —>Settings —>Reading—>Post Page set the Bolg Post archive page.
