Hello, I think it’s because I was using a Cloud site “Crafty”. After updating the X theme last week, my pages are still there but the layout is all gone. I applied Crafty again but it just added new default pages. I hope that you know a way to fix this?

We are not quite sure why your layout is gone when updating your X theme to the latest version. Would you mind sharing with us your credentials so that we can check your backend? To do that, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin level username and password
- Page where the layout is broken

You have updated Cornerstone (6.1.3) and forgot to update the X theme (9.0.8). Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:
- X theme
9.1.4 - Cornerstone
6.1.4 - WordPress
5.8 - PHP
7.4
This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog:
After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
And since you have installed the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, after doing any updates, DO NOT forget to go to LiteSpeed Cache > Toolbox and PURGE everything.
