Layout and Design Option on the Blank Stack

When setting up a new website I decided to try out the “Blank” stack. After looking around I noticed it didn’t have a Layout and Design section. Am I able to adjust settings on the blank stack that use to be in the layout and design section “layout and design” such as site site width, site max width. If not, how would I control these on the blank stack?

Unfortunately, the Blank Stack does not come with the Layout and Design options, and you need to add it through the code.
