When I go into the LayerSlider plugin, I am able to open the Slider, but once I’m inside, I’m unable to click on any of the options or edit anything. Nothing seems to work, it’s almost frozen. I cleared the cache, I’m just not sure what is causing this issue. Any suggestion would be great. The website having this issue is vitalytennant.com I look forward to your response. Thank you.
Thanks for writing in. I’ve checked your site and see that it is working on the front end, so I’m not sure without more information why it wouldn’t work in the admin area.
First, I would try using another browser to see if that makes a difference. Another thing we would recommend is testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all the other plugins on the site and checking if LayerSlider starts working. If it does, one of the other plugins might be interfering. To narrow it down you can start reactivating them and checking to see if the issue returns.
In either case, do let us know what you discover. If neither of those yield helpful information, we can login to check the site. You can add login credentials to a Secure Note.

Alright, I will troubleshoot and try all those options and return.
It works on the front end, when I go into the plugin settings where the slides are actually built, that does not work, nothing loads. I’m going to disable plugins (people on tech sites are saying it could be the cache plugins that cause the issue) and try different browsers.

Thanks for the credentials, the reason some of the features aren’t working in admin is due to javascript error caused by Podcast player plugin. Make sure to clear your caches after deactivating, the effect isn’t instant which is just deactivating it may not have an instant effect. But I did that but somehow, the slider works.\

Got it, it is working when I deactivate the podcast plugin, I guess I’ll have to make the slider then activate the plugin back up.
