I am using LayerSlider WP and in the code it is putting in a red dot. You should be able to see this from the image provided. This same red dot on some devices is showing on the screen in the slider as [L-SEP]. Of course the only way to update it is to buy it from the author and all the code syntax is correct.

The Layer Slider itself does not have a problem. The Character you see is a hidden one that in some fonts it shows. You need to delete whatever you pasted in the Layer Slider copy completely and retype the writing yourself to avoid having the issue.
Also, consider changing the font that you use for the Layer Slider copy. Here is a detailed explanation of the case:

Thanks for the help, issue is now resolved! It must have been the font that I copied and pasted that was causing the [L-SEP]. I rewrote it in a text editor to stripe all the formatting and that did the trick.
