LayerSlider shortcode bug in search results page

Hello,

There is a bug on my site with LayerSlider and the search results templates.
If you search for a term that yields no results, the LS widget works, but not on the opposite case.
For instance, try searching ‘4910’ and you’ll see on the sidebar that I get the shortcode instead of the widget:

[layerslider id=”3″]

Any idea of how to fix this?

Hey Pierre,

I searched for 4910 and I don’t see a shortcode. Would you mind recording your screen so we could see the issue?

Hi there,

Yes, it’s fixed but you replied faster than me :sweat_smile:
I figured out that, since the search results page shows excerpts and shortcodes as strings, I should use the LayerSlider widget instead and it worked.
