LayerSlider not visible after update

Hi Support Team,
normally at the top of my page should be the LayerSlider ( https://www.enjoybim.de/ ) But it is just an empty area. I don’t know how to fix it. In the edit mode it shows partly but not in the correct way:

There is no section for the LayerSlider. Any help would be great, thank you!

Hello Thomas,

I tried this on my local setup but I am not able to replicate the issue that you mentioned.

I checked your site and there is a JS error present on the page which might be causing the issue. Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If the issue persists, please provide us with the admin access to your site in a Secure Note:

Hi Jade, thank you for your help!

I have deactived Slider Revolution and this was the cause I think. But how can I fix it? I use Slider revolution as well for picture and blog post sliders.
I’m using a 2-factor auth, so it is a bit more complicated as providing just the login data.

Hello Thomas,

Are you using the latest supported version of Rev Slider and Layerslider?

You can find the supported versions here: https://theme.co/docs/version-compatibility

Is it advisable to have the supported version because they are tested with X/Pro which prevents issues.

Let us know how it goes.

yes, it is 6.2.2.
I have resently updated all to the newest version (Pro theme and Plugins)

Hey Thomas,

Thanks for updating the plugins. I checked your site though and I could see the LayerSlider. Are you experiencing the issue only in the builder? Please details where the issue is happening.

If you think the conflict is with Slider Revolution, please try going to Slider Revolution > Globals and disable Include libraries globally

If that does not help, we really need you to give us WordPress Admin access in a Secure Note. We also need to deactivate all 3rd-party plugins during the troubleshooting process so if that could not be done in your live site, copy your live site to a staging server and give us Staging WordPress Admin access instead.

Thanks

As soon as I have deactivated SliderRevolution, the LayerSlider works (as you can see on your Screenshot). But I need the SliderRevolution. If you scroll down, there is the missing Slider:

the “Include libraries globally” was already deactivated (I think I did that some time ago, due to searching the forum to solve the problem on my own).

I have a lot of other work to do atm (because of the Covid-19 ), so I will deactivate the 2 factor auth another time to give you access. Thank you for your help for now!

Hi Thomas,

I see that your Layer Slider has some advance effect, can you try changing your slider to a simple one (no advance effect)? and see if that has no issue. It might be a conflict of features.

Ok, take your time, keep safe.
Thanks,
