I’ve had a problem with my layerslider plug-in since the beginning. I’ve created two separate sliders of the same and both malfunction at random. The problem is that it at random will not display any pictures, background or foreground. The solution has been to resave and then clear the cache. While this works, it’s a bit annoying to have to do and to check all the time. Is there any solution? My website is grailconstruction.com

It’s good to hear from you! Do you have any caching plugins? This could just be a caching issue. Would you mind providing us your site access so that we can check your slider settings?

I’m using Clear Cache, but I’ve disabled it and that does not seem to fix it…

Thanks for providing the information. I have logged in and checked your settings. Everything checks out and no issues. I have cleared your cache again and refresh the homepage several times. I could not replicate any of the issues that you have mentioned. Do you still encounter the issues from your end? If you do, could you please take a screenshot and send it to us so that we can have an idea of what is going on?

Definitely will do. Thanks for looking. It happens only occasionally, maybe once a week. Usually the solution is to resave the slider and then clear the cache, but was hoping for a definite fix.
