LayerSLider not activating

Hello I am getting this error when I try to activate this plugin:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in D:\Hosting\8604014\html\wp-content\plugins\LayerSlider\classes\class.ls.popups.php on line 173

Hey There,

Please try to delete LayerSlider and reinstall it as this might be caused by a corrupted file when uploading/installing the plugin.

i tried that a few times and even tried to do a manual upload through ftp with no luck.

In that case, please give us access to your WordPress admin and FTP so we could investigate further.
