What’s the best method to achieve putting the work Van and red swoop red lines with X? This is current done in on Adobe HTML software at https://www.jakesaffordablepainting.com/ and they use an image for the van and the lines separately to achieve this over top .

The Background feature of Cornerstone allows for 2 layers of background called the Lower and Upper layers. You can set that red curve as the lower background image and the van as the upper background image then adjust the size and position of the images accordingly.
