Layer Slider WP not working

I added https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/sliders/marketing-page-pack/ to my site and everything worked well at first. However, when I next logged in the slider would not show. I contacted the creator of this plugin, and was told there was a conflict with the CSS of the theme. Since this is a recommended plugin on the Themco site as being compatible, I am confused as to why there would be a conflict. Thanks for writing in! I have checked your site and first thing I noticed is that you are using WP Super Cache. Most probably, you are experiencing caching issues. Since you have installed a caching plugin WP Super Cache, please clear your plugin cache before testing your site. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.

If that does not help, please provide us access so that we can investigate further by checking your layer slider settings.
