Lawyer them sidebar not showing certain formatting issues on my machine

I have a few issues that I can’t find how to edit

1. On the home page, the theme includes a static “MWLAW” on the far left hand side, but I can’t find anywhere to edit that setting.

2. It’s also showing up on the footer.

THere was custom css at the very bottom that started with background logo that needed to be deleted or changed
