The contact page on Lawyer expanded demo has 1 column with text box & 1 column raw content with a button.
Is this an actual contact form or does it need to be replaced with contact form 7 or another email form?
The styling looks good but is it functional to send as a form without opening email client?

The contact form is just a placeholder. You may need to install Contact Form 7 or related plugin to create your own form. You can then insert the form in the text element which is already in the page.
