Launching pro results in 502 bad gateway

Hi there.

Like it says in the title when launching pro or editing a page it shows a 502 bad gateway error. This is only when accessing those, the rest of the site is fine. I am not sure what happened because I was just editing using pro yesterday.

Any help would be much appreciated! If it helps I am running a 1GB Ram VPS.

Hey there,

502 bad gateway error is due to incorrect server setup. You will need to consult with a server expert to set your server correctly for you. Pro works in most web host even VPS provided it follows standard server configurations.

Hello.

I see. Is there anyway that I can find out what happened to it so I can fix the issue? Right now I can’t see what I did to make it not work anymore.

We suggest you to get in touch with hosting provider to find out the root cause of the problem as they are in much better position to resolve the issue.

Hi there.

I was able to fix it by just rolling back the server to an earlier state when it was working.

I don’t think my hosting provider would provide support for this kind of thing because it’s an unmanaged VPS.
