Latest version of PRO

Hello there,

Is there an option with new version of PRO builder to edit layout? A SPECIFIC LAYOUT

And a layout builder like this: https://prnt.sc/relPKWVt23yP

Hi Katarina,

The option still shows if the Layout is assigned to any page or post, and you can see that at the front end.

Thanks

Hi Tristup,

Yes, but when I update and for example I add a new product on my shop (woocommerce)

And I want to create a specific layout for that product page; how do I do it?

Since there is no layout builder…

Hey Kate,

The layout builder functionality is available for the latest version of Pro. If you want to create specific layout for your product pages, just create woocommerce single layout by going to Cornerstone and hit the add plus icon.

Hope that helps.

Hi Marc,

Okay so…

Once I update my website to the new PRO version all my current specific layouts will be automatically updated as “WooCommerce Single” type page, but they will be assigned to the specific pages that needs to be… since all products are different and I did not use “WooCommerce Archive”.

As for my new products how much have I understood you:

  1. Add new product on WooCommerce, name it add price etc bla bla and it will have the default wc page
  2. Go to Cornerstone and click on “WooCommerce Single” and when I paste the Template that I created in staging to that page I can set up the conditions or assign it (idc how to call it) to what specific product that template will be applied to, right?

Hello @Kata789,

Even if you have the updated Pro theme, you can only edit layouts that are using the custom layouts. There is no way to edit default layouts. Your current specific layouts cannot be updated as WooCommerce Single. The custom WooCommerce single can only be used as a layout for the product or WooCommerce-related pages. The WooCommerce Archive layout can be used for the shop or product category or product tag archive pages.

1.) Yes, if you have assigned a custom WooCommerce Single layout as the layout of all your products.

2.) You can use “Product (Specific)”:

Best Regards.
