Latest version in overview, but updates available for theme x and cornerstone

Hi,

In the overview is showing that the latest version of Theme x is installed. But there are updates available at the plugins section for cornerstone and the theme section in the dashboard for Theme X. But when I update, theme x and cornerstone are removed!

How can I fix this?

Thats a strange thing happening your side. Please check the update guid for more help.

You can do the manual update for your theme and cornerstone.

If that doent help please send us your website details to check what could be the the issue.
Please provide following information:
Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials
