Latest Essential Grid Update Broke my Essential Grid

Hi there,

With the recent update, my essential grid no longer works properly!

I had a title located at the bottom of each image and the image was clickable, now neither works!

Please help.

Thanks for reaching out.

I just checked your site’s home page where the grid is, and both image and titles are clickable and linking on my end. If it’s not the grid you’re referring then please provide the URL where the faulty one is.

Hi sorry,

I had a back up of the previous rev slider on my PC which I have reverted to. I had no other choice since it’s on the home page and the images and titles must be clickable and viewable. Hence why it is working now.

Did you need me to recreate the issue?

Thanks for updating the thread.

Since it’s a live website, I don’t think it’s a good idea to update on a live website more so when a issue is certain to come across related with Essential Grid. Can you please copy the website to a staging server and update Essential Grid over there and then let us know? Just to let you know that the supported version of Essential Grid as of today is 2.2.5.
