Hi! I would like to show the last updated date on my posts,how can I do this?
Is there a code or a plugin?

Also, when I use the most recent posts osr the essential grid will take the last updated date or the creation date when they sort the posts?

Thank you for writing in, please test the top Posts Modified Date plugin here and see which one suits your needs.

Yes, on the Essential Grid Nav-Filter-Sort tab you can change the Sorting By Last Modified. More details here.
