Large white space gaps

Can someone help me understand whats happening here. I’m having a difficult time understanding the relationship between the Rev Slider and the section it’s in.

Then size the browser towards a tablet size and notice the giant white space gaps at the top and bottom of the section.

I would like the rev slider to fit the section but I cant seem to understand how to do this.

Can someone please assist

Nevermind I resolved this by using the full screen slider rev feature
