Large text on mobile phone

Hello

Sorry if I’m just overlooking something.

I have set up a one page website which I am pretty happy with, but when viewing the website on a mobile phone the text is very large. Is there a way to keep the text the same size on a desktop or larger screens but have it display smaller on mobile devices so it reads better on the screen?
