Know issues with pagination and Product Filters for WooCommerce

Hi there,

I am a longtime X and Pro user and currently have an active unlimited lifetime license. The client is wants a fully functional webstore complete with product filter.

The Woo commerce product filter will do the trick, unfortunately the pagination appears to have a conflict with Pro.

In order to verify this, I disabled all other plugins. The issue was only resolved when enabling a default wordpress theme like 2019 or 2020. This is obviously not ideal as an unlimited lifetime license holder. Not too mention that the Woo Commerce request was added to the scope of the project after the site was almost set to go live, meaning that I will effectively need to rebuild and restyle a significant portion of the site if I switch over.

Is this a known issue? And secondly, are there any workarounds to solve it?

Hi Grant,

Can you please share the Website URL to investigate the issue you described, if login is required to visit the page, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

NOTE: If you are using the Product Filter Plugin, there was a known reported issue which is fixed with the recent release.

The plugin is the Product Filters plugin, and I believe I have the most up to date version of the plugin and pro installed. Still having challenges.

This is a known conflict. Our development team is still deciding how to tackle this but for now, please try the solution suggested in this other thread Pagination issues

That did the trick for the filter and the pagination thanks. I have another question, but it is a different topic, so I will take a look first and go from there. If I need to I will start another thread… thanks again.
