Kindle Display Issues

Hey Team,

Seeing a really strange issue whilst testing my site https://mitral-valve-help-3.patientevolution.com

I am testing via browserstack on an Amazon kindle running Android 4.3, see screenshot below:

Its really weird, because when I test the same page on another device running Android 4.3, it displays with no issue, see screenshot below.

Perhaps there is an issue with the Silk browser? I am unsure where to go from here so any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Hunter,

Thank you for writing in, is this the specific page?

I can’t replicate the issue on my end,

Kindle Fire
iPhone

Try clearing your Silk browser cache. Or try using Google Chrome browser and see if the issue happened in there, if not, then that is a Silk browser specific issue.

Its not specific to one landing page, the issue is that all buttons are broken and the header will not display properly.

Was the Kindle Fire screenshot you sent running on Silk?

Maybe it is a browserstack issue?

Hi Hunter,

No, it’s only an emulator in Chrome, so its Chrome. I tried to preview your site in browserstack, but no luck there is no preview generating with Amazon Kindle.

On other devices your site looks great

HTC-One-M8_4.4
Samsung-Galaxy-S5_4.4

Unfortunately, Android 4.3 which is old and Silk browser which is not popular or non-standard. Both are not supported by WordPress.
