I’m using the WP Accessibility plugin with Themeco Pro and looking to make my main navigation dropdowns navigatable by keyboard. Could you inform me how this is possible, or point me to the php file that I can override?

Thanks for reaching out.
We are not aware of this plugin named WP Accessibility or never tested this before. Supporting the 3rd Party plugin is out of the scope of Theme Support. I would suggest you avail of our newly launched service called One, where we answer the questions beyond normal theme support.
