Hey S,
I could see that you have several caching plugins on your site. Kindly make sure that you have fully flushed the cache of the entire site including the browser cache then check again.
Hope this helps.
Hi,
Sorry, i don’t understand, i tried to disable the pluins but still not work.
Help Please.
Thanks
Hey Sovann,
Normally cases like these are caused by minifying JS files used by Pro. However, I’ve checked both AssetCleanup and WP Rocket and you’re not using the minify feature for both so it’s not the cause. So I think, the quick test you can do is as @Jade suggested, which is the flush or clear the cache in both plugins.
While you tested disabling the plugins earlier, the plugins still leave the cached files. You need to actually click both of these plugins’ Clear Cache buttons.
After you’ve done that, clear your browser’s cache as well or try a different browser or go Incognito and see if the issue persists.
If it’s still there, then test for plugin conflicts. I’m not sure if that’s what you tested earlier or if you disabled only the caching plugins. But if you haven’t done so, try disabling all plugins and see if it fixes that. Then enable them one-by-one and checking which one causes the problem to go back.
Hope this helps.
