Keep getting: A conflict on the front end of your site has prevented the preview from loading

I’ve done the rec. steps of deleting the theme and reinstalling and set the WP_Config.php to the appropriate settings and still can’t get rid of the error in x Pro

Hi there @dwmeyer17,

Thanks for writing in!

This could be down to a number of reasons, please try the following:

1: Disable all plugins and test if the editor then loads. If it does, reactivate plugins one by one until the editor breaks again. That then means plugin “ex” caused the issue.

2: If you have any caching plugins make sure they are deactivated for testing purposes and ensure all caches are cleared.

3: If you are using Cloudflare make sure it is in development mode. If you aren’t sure what cloudflare is, you can ignore this step.

4: Remove any custom CSS/JS added. A small syntax error will prevent the preview from loading.

Thanks!

Thanks! It seems to actually be the WooCommerce plugin from the approved section. Is this a larger issue with compatibility?

Hi there,

Our theme is compatible with the Woocommerce plugins but there is a matter of versioning. Kindly make sure that you update the theme to version 1.2.4 and check the compatible version of the Woocommerce plugin here:

Thank you.
