Kartra form javascript not working

Hi,
My client has an email sign up form built in Kartra and I have javascript to upload but I cannot get it working. It seems to ‘break’ the site. Ideally, I want this site wide so was trying to add it to the JS section on the theme customisation page.

I set up a test page and added the javascript there. It seems to save okay but nothing happens.

It seems that you are using the Pro version 4.0.6, can you please update it to the latest version i.e 4.0.8, and check if the issue still exists or not.
If that does not resolve the issue, I would also suggest you troubleshot a few common issues to recognize the problem behind your issue.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization

If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
