Just upgraded to CSAI

Hi, just upgraded to CSAI and keep getting this error message, I have literally tried to use it twice. I have created and connected a free OPEN Ai key but it’s just not working:

The error message indicates that the OpenAI API request failed due to an “insufficient_quota” issue, meaning the account’s usage quota has been exceeded and further requests are blocked until quota is reset or more capacity is purchased.

Thanks Prakash, but I only used it twice, how could I have hit the quota?

I would suggest you please check usage and request counts in the OpenAI dashboard under “Usage” or via API. The “Insufficient Quota” error means you’ve hit your API or token limits, track and monitor usage in the dashboard, or set up alerts to prevent this.
