For some reason after I’ve updated Theme X, when I go to the Wordpress admin page for Editing, it has a new view where I can’t update the Page Template (before I used to allow Header, Footer options). Any help is appreciated!
Attached is what I see. The Page Template options used to be on the right.

There might be a few different reasons behind the issue you are having, I would suggest you troubleshot a few common issues on this.
1.Plugin Conflict
2.Theme Update related issue
3.Child Theme Related issue ** if you have activated it.
4.CSS/JS Customization
If that does not help you, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
