Jump to section by link

Hy, i´d like to jump with a link in navmenu to a section.

But it doesnt´work.

Thanks for asking .

The reason why it’s not pointing to correct section is because on the same page you have two instances for x-section-4 ids. The Contact area also has id x-section-4.

As you are trying to jump to Pure taste. section, you need to change the Id of this section from x-section-4 to something else and the same should be updated in the navigation area also.

Hi @dani_blues,

I saw the problem. You are using the whole URL instead of adding only the id.

Add only the ID in the menu in the URL

it should be like this only -

#x-section-8

Don’t forget to disable caching when updating your site and clear site and browser before checking again.

Additional issue is using #, when adding it as URL then it should be #x-section-8 but when adding it as section ID then it should be just x-section-8 (no #). I checked and your section ID has #x-section-8 instead of x-section-8. Please correct them, again, # is used for URLs.
