Jump to links not working

Hello

We are having problems with simple jumpto anchor links on this page: http://www.bullens.com/why-bullen/.

The buttons across the top of the page (Personal advisor, Peace of mind etc), should jump down to the relevant section on the same page. But when clicked then go down to the section and then immediately scroll back up to the top.

Nothing has changed on the site other than upgrading plugins and Cornerstone.

We have disabled all plugins and the problem still happens.

Thanks for writing in.

Would you mind changing the URLs from absolute to relative? Example, instead of this http://www.bullens.com/why-bullen/#peaceofmind, you should just add #peaceofmind as the URL. The section is on the same page, hence, you should only use the relative URL.

For the meantime, please update your theme to latest. You have updated your cornerstone which required a matching latest X theme. If you don’t intend to update your theme, then please remove your current cornerstone and let you current theme install the applicable version.

X and cornerstone should match according to their released date and versions.

We’ve installed the latest versions so now are running:

x-theme 6.0.4
cornerstine 3.0.4

And the problem remains.

Hello Andrew,

Please try the following:

1. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
2. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.

If none of these helped, then please provide us with WordPress Dashboard login details in a “Secure Note” so we can investigate this issue.
