JS errors in Navigation Inline

After installing version 6.10, the Navigation Inline element of the site stopped working - the drop-down menu does not appear.
I disabled all plugins, created a menu from scratch and added this element - there are errors in cs-classic. Looks like a bug in the new version. The web site https://arba.app (main menu).

Hello Prakash,
We only have the “Meteor” cache plugin. You can disable it, it does not affect the issue.
I have provided the requested details.

Hey Ivan,

You will have to edit your custom header. Click the Bar element and do the following:
1.) Disable the “Scrolling” option
2.) The Overflow must be “Visible”
