JQuery doesn't work

Hi there,

Site: https://fantasy-books.live
X Pro 2.0.4
Wordpress: 4.9.4

Problem:

So, apparently jquery doesn’t work sometimes. It might happen on a single page load before a refresh takes care of it, but a single page load for each of a good 20 % of hundreds of thousands of visitors is enough to cause massive problems.

The site acts as if javascript is disabled, except it is not , and throws a bunch of errors. When that happens, the caching plugin will cache the page that jquery/javscript is not working on and it will affect users from then on.

I’ve caught it happening to me personally.

I thought it was the caching plugin at fault at first, but I caught it happening without the caching plugin before a refresh took care of it.

So, I have deduced that the problem lies elsewhere.

Do you have any ideas as to what it could be?

The problem occurs depending on the user, and I think I have pictures somewhere of the chrome console.

J.

Hi J,

I checked but can’t seem to replicate the issue.

Your site is loading fine on my end with no errors in the console.

Can you provide us a step by step instruction on how we can replicate this so we can check.

Thanks
