Subject: Form Compatibility Check – JotForm on LTE.CallMC.com

Howdy,

I have a form embedded on the page below:
Carrier Activation Form

It appears to be functioning correctly on both my desktop and mobile devices. However, I’ve been advised that, in the past, there have been global compatibility issues with JotForm and other non-Gravity Forms or CF7-based applications.

Before I invest time in converting all forms on this site to JotForm, I’d like to confirm whether those past compatibility issues have been fully resolved. If any issues still persist, please let me know so I can explore alternative solutions.

Unfortunately, the JotForm plugin is still not included in the list, but if you’re not encountering any issues, it should be fine to convert your forms. Just make sure to create a site backup or restore point just in case.
