Jetpack keeps going into Safe Mode

Every time we log into the wp-admin for our site, Jetpack says it is in Safe Mode and do we want to “Fix” this.

We “fix” this every time and it says updated in wordpress.com

Yet every time we log in, we have to do it again.

How can we fix this once and for all?

Any recommendations.
